Know the rules before you book

We share rules upfront so there are no surprises after move-in. Read through, ask questions, then decide.

Dwarka (Boys only)

  • Boys-only property. No female guests allowed inside rooms.
  • Visitors allowed in common area during daytime hours only
  • No overnight guests permitted

Gurugram (Co-living)

  • Co-living property. Boys and girls both welcome.
  • Visitors allowed in common area during daytime hours only
  • No visitors allowed in rooms
  • No overnight guests permitted
  • Maintain decorum in shared common areas

Rules for all properties

Entry & security

  • Valid government ID required at move-in
  • Police verification mandatory for all residents
  • Main gate closes at 11:00 PM (late entry by prior intimation only)
  • CCTV in common areas for safety

Payments

  • Rent due by 5th of each month
  • Security deposit required at move-in (refundable at move-out)
  • Electricity charges as per actual usage or fixed slab (confirmed at booking)
  • One month notice required before vacating
  • Deposit refund within 15 days of move-out after deductions, if any

Room & common areas

  • Keep rooms clean and tidy between housekeeping visits
  • No damage to furniture, walls or fixtures
  • No cooking in rooms
  • AC usage timings may apply (confirmed at booking)
  • Personal belongings in designated storage only

Behaviour

  • No smoking or alcohol on premises
  • No loud music after 10:00 PM
  • Respect other residents and staff
  • No illegal activities of any kind
  • Disputes to be raised with owner directly

Meals (where applicable)

  • Meal timings fixed and shared at move-in
  • Inform in advance if skipping meals for the day
  • No outside food waste in common dining area
  • Special dietary needs to be discussed before booking

Move-out

  • One month written notice required
  • Room inspection at move-out
  • Damages, if any, deducted from deposit
  • All personal items to be removed on move-out date
  • Keys and access cards returned on last day
